Tiny Treasure
Tiny Treasures are made using two different techniques:
- Fused Tiny Treasures: Melting two layers of glass together to form the shape, and then decorating the shape with accessory glass like murrini, stringers, freeze & fuse. This type of Tiny Treasure can come in many shapes, not all of them shown here. They range from 2 to 2-1/2" in overall size and are quite customizable.
- Cast Tiny Treasures: Melting chips of glass into the wells of a mold to create a casting. They are less customizable than the Fused Tiny Treasures, but there is some freedom to include scenes or themes within a few of the shapes. They come in several shapes and sizes.
- Custom Shapes and Sizes: if you would like a shape not shown here, please email me at info@2ndactglass.com. I've created Fused Tiny Treasures in the shape of diamonds, fish, mountains, a mermaid tail, circles and rectangles. Most basic shapes are possible.

Inclusions: Part 1
Some of the Tiny Treasures can have inclusions: something other than glass fused into the piece. As of 2025, I have included beach sand, volcanic sand, shungite rock and cremain ashes in several different styles and shapes of Tiny Treasure.
However, not everything will survive the heat of a dragon, so if you're not sure, please ask.
Examples of thiongs that will burn away: hair, flowers, plants, leaves, feathers, soft metals, paper, cloth, paint, ink.
Examples of things that won't burn off but are likely to cause issues with the finished piece: other types of glass, larger pieces/chunks of metal.
Inclusions: Part 2
You are responsible for mailing/delivering the material to be included in your Tiny Treasures to me.
If mailing, please be sure to package your material properly and ship in a manner that will protect it on its journey. I will not be responsible for anyting lost or damaged in the mail on its way to me.
